Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 (LISW/LPCC) United States, Ohio – Pickaway Correctional Institution, Pickaway County, Ohio. Full‑time. Compensation: Approximately $68,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Complete detailed mental health screens, crisis services, and suicide watch assessments within scope of practice.

Provide clinical direction to lower level workers and may serve as treatment team coordinator.

Conduct advanced practice individual and group clinical interventions per treatment plan, under supervisor guidance.

Deliver clinical case management services for assigned caseload, monitoring offender compliance with treatment plans.

Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning as part of interdisciplinary team.

Consult with institutional staff on inmate mental health needs and adjustment.

Initiate and maintain contact with families and community agencies.

Write reports and documentation: inmate contacts, case management notes, discharge plans, policy‑based reports.

Attend supervision meetings and peer‑review sessions.

Participate in in‑service training workshops for professional development.

Qualifications

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
