Physical Therapist – Full Time – Tallahassee, FL About Us
We are an integrative medical group serving patients in the area and have been proudly offering the most comprehensive care for over 25 years. Our skilled providers work to identify the source of the pain and explore cutting‑edge solutions, employing the latest integrative medicine techniques to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help them regain an active lifestyle. Our team includes an orthopedic surgeon, neurosurgeon, pain management specialist, neurologist, chiropractor, and a highly supportive staff. Duties
Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, re‑evaluations, and discharge assessments, documenting objective findings and functional deficits using orthopedic, neurological, and postural testing. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, functional limitations, and goals, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure effective delivery of treatment plans and necessary modifications. Treat patients directly with therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re‑education, balance training, manual therapy techniques, and physical modalities. Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in a timely manner using med‑legal compliant templates within the EMR. Collaborate with the internal clinical team (including chiropractors, ARNPs, and neurologists) and participate in case reviews to ensure coordinated care plans and consistent communication with referring attorneys. Recommend additional diagnostic testing (e.g., MRI, DTI MRI) or specialist referrals when clinically indicated. Educate patients on their conditions, home exercise programs, and the importance of compliance for recovery and case resolution. Participate in training to assess and treat mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) patients, using tools such as the Rivermead questionnaire, RightEye, BrainCheck, and vestibular or balance platforms. Contribute to a positive patient experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach to each patient’s unique recovery journey. Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Physical Therapy license in Florida. Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or personal‑injury focused rehabilitation settings is strongly preferred. Willingness to undergo training in the evaluation and treatment of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) patients. Schedule

$105,000 – $125,000 per year plus performance‑based compensation. Benefits
