Capital Smiles is a fee‑for‑service office located at 1541 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12309. We are seeking a part‑time Dental Hygienist with experience in sedation dentistry and related clinical duties.

Current dental hygienist license in New York and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience
At least 1 year of clinical experience. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and providing preventive care to patients. Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual/in‑person training sessions periodically. TB test required for all new hires, completed prior to starting employment. Job Details
Part‑time schedule: Mondays 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, Wednesdays 8:30 am‑5:00 pm. Pay: $48‑$52 per hour. Benefits: Paid holidays, 401(k), daily hygiene bonus, daily pay option, 90 NP appointments. About Heartland Dental
