Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a med‑surg setting, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient‑centered care.
Educate patients and families on health management and post‑discharge care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
