Aquacare Physical Therapy is a PT‑owned private practice that delivers individualized, 1:1 patient care.
Our therapists collaborate directly with owners and senior clinicians, enjoy mentorship, and have the freedom to shape clinical decisions without middle management.
Position Summary As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve personal goals.
You will design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and lead staff within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.
Deliver evidence‑based therapy interventions—exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.
Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.
Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations.
Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or PT Compact‑eligible.
Graduate of an accredited PT program recognized by APTA.
BLS/CPR Certification (required).
