PRN Physical Therapist – Role Overview
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent care for patients.
Offer excellent customer service to patients and family members.
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
Treat patients, address concerns, and educate them about injury, progress, and expected outcomes.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
