Position Overview As an LPN at LDV Hospice, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to ensure that every patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met with the utmost compassion and understanding. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, providing wound care, assisting with personal care needs, and communicating effectively with patients, their families, and the broader care team.
Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the broader care team.
Qualifications
Valid LPN license in New Mexico.
Prior experience in hospice care or a similar healthcare setting.
Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and sensitivity when working with patients and their families.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the care team and connect with patients on a personal level.
Strong commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Ability to work in an emotionally demanding environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
