Overview Now Hiring: Orthopedic Physical Therapist | Salisbury, MD. Full-Time or Part-Time. Position for Pelvic Floor Therapist also available. This position is suitable for someone passionate about pelvic floor therapy and wishing to work under three experienced mentors, with two CEU courses covered during the first year from Herman and Wallace or the APTA Pelvic Health Section. Up to a $5,000 Commitment Bonus and a $15,000 Retention Bonus for the full-time role.

Position Summary & Responsibilities Position Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve personal goals. You will design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient evaluations to establish individualized care plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions (exercise, manual techniques, specialized equipment) to restore function and relieve pain.

Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other staff.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

Educate patients and families on goals, expectations, and home programs.

Protect patient privacy and uphold safety standards.

Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.

Contribute to a positive clinic environment by following company policies and regulations.

Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed.

Licensure & Education:

Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or PT Compact-eligible; graduate of an accredited PT program recognized by APTA; BLS/CPR certification required.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or PT-Compact eligible
