Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical providers orders.

Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.

Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.

Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.

Ensuring medication count is accurate and completed daily.

Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.

Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.

Connecting with patients, offering true empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

Education and Experience requirements

Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License

issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license. License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3+ years of nursing experience

is preferred.

Strong phlebotomy skills , experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.

Active and current CPR or BLS certification

is preferred.

Schedule

Monday; 4:45am-12:45pm

Tuesday; 4:45am-12:45pm

Wednesday; 4:45am-12:45pm

Friday; 6:00am-12:00pm

Position Benefits

More 1 on 1 care

Consistent schedule.

Early in time and out time, no 12 hour shifts nor is there a 2nd or 3rd shift. You will also never be on call

Small nursing team.

Depending on patient census, teams can range anywhere from 2-12
