Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Physical Therapist (PT)

to evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy services that promote rehabilitation, improve mobility, and enhance the quality of life for patients across diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and other interventions.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in the EMR.

Participate in discharge planning and recommend assistive devices or modifications as needed.

Adhere to professional, ethical, and facility standards of care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy – DPT or equivalent)

Current state PT license in ND

Certifications: Current BLS (AHA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
