Marshfield Clinic Health System in Marshfield, Wisconsin
is seeking a BC/BE Fellowship-trained Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon for a large Orthopedic Surgery practice. This exciting position has an established patient panel with a large volume of shoulder arthroplasties. This practice would predominantly be a shoulder and elbow practice. The department includes colleagues that are Fellowship-trained in Trauma, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, and Total Joint Specialists. The current practice has a very busy shoulder and elbow surgeon who will be retiring in Spring 2024. The practice boasts an exceptional facility with a large ASC, advanced imaging on site, in-office fluoroscopy, and adjacent inpatient recovery short-stay suites. Call is 1:9. Expected total shoulder volume would be 125 - 150 total shoulders per year. Total case volume easily should reach 400 cases per year. Double rooms available for efficient surgeons. Most cases are done in the outpatient surgery center. Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Compensation and Benefits:
