Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform routine and preventative maintenance on quarry equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently.* Collaborate with team members to maximize equipment uptime and operational productivity.* Conduct inspections and document findings to support safe and compliant operations.* Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance processes.**What Are We Looking For****Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**Physical Demands of the Job*** Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.* Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds.* Performing repetitive motions and using hand and power tools safely and effectively.* Exposure to dust, vibrations, and physically demanding tasks requiring endurance and flexibility.**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $26.00 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
