talent in the aviation construction market sector! We are ideally looking for candidates with prior aviation experience, ideally with prior experience with any of the following project types:

baggage handling, Wayfinding, terminal expansion, terminal renovation, and civil and utilities. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on construction sites. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Oversee the procurement and management of construction contracts and subcontracts. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and manage contractor performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present project status reports, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges. Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction. Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience Prior aviation project experience required Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team Effective presentation skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools Excellent communication skills Additional Information: On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs. The salary range for this full-time role is $120K-175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
