Assistant
Superintendent As the Assistant Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the flawless execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Promote Corporate Culture: Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values. Collaborate with Leadership: Work alongside the Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges. Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Subcontractor Oversight: Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site. Team Cohesion: Foster a cohesive workforce through strong leadership and effective communication. Our Ideal Candidate: Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's
degree in construction management or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in multifamily construction management. Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting. Attributes: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; Procore experience is a plus. Compensation
