Overview
Pipefitter positions with Christian Brothers Mechanical require experienced commercial pipefitters. The job involves installing refrigeration systems (including VRF), chilled and hot water heating systems, reading blueprints and schematic drawings, and brazing/soldering pipe. Should be able to layout and install copper pipe systems and steel welded or grooved systems. A brazing certificate is a plus. Must be competent with installing commercial hangers and supports for piping systems. Must also be competent with installing various types of equipment and accessories. 7-10 Years HVAC Journeymen experience preferred. Responsibilities
Be able to lift 55 lbs Travel to the scheduled job site Work as a team Work safely Read blueprints and schematic drawings Install refrigeration systems (including VRF), and chilled and hot water heating systems Braze/solder pipe and layout/install copper and steel piping (welded or grooved) Install commercial hangers and supports for piping systems Install various types of equipment and accessories (If you are relatively new to the industry but want to get started please still send a resume and why you think you are qualified) Qualifications
