OMH currently provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Responsibilities: The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join OMH to develop your skills in integrated behavioral health care. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH values collaborative clinical relationships across provider levels to deliver the highest quality care. Customize patient care: Our clinicians have the autonomy to tailor care for each patient, including determining session frequency and length. While individual psychotherapy is common, clinicians may also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate for a wide range of patient issues. Choose your schedule: Create your own work schedule for optimal work/life balance. Typically, clinicians work Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities. Our support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, and more, so clinicians can dedicate their time to patients. Once sessions and documentation are complete, your workday ends—no extra on-call duties or insurance hassles. Benefits: Full-time clinicians are eligible for medical benefits.
