Pay Grade: H (Nutritionist) or J (Clinical Nutritionist) The salary range for this position is $45,000-$52,000 and is dependent upon education, Licensure & qualifications. Under limited supervision, directs and coordinates the provision of nutrition services of specific nutrition programs such as the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Recommends nutritional care plans and documents plan and progress in the medical records; interprets current research regarding dietary treatment and provides assistance and consultation for other health care professionals. Minimum qualifications
Nutritionist : Bachelor\'s degree in dietetics, human nutrition, foods and nutrition, nutrition education, food systems management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university AND verification statement of completion of a didactic program accredited by The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Clinical Nutritionist : Bachelor\'s degree in dietetics, human nutrition, food and nutrition, nutrition education, food systems management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university from an Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics accredited program AND One year of experience as a dietitian/nutritionist AND registration as a Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration AND licensure as a Dietitian in the state of Georgia. Preferred
