Dental Sales Representative – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions
We are looking for a driven, results‑oriented professional to promote well‑known consumer oral health products across a nationwide territory. In this role you will develop and manage relationships with dental practitioners, delivering science‑based product presentations and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Call on general practice dentists and periodontist practices within the assigned territory.
Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory, adapting to each customer’s clinical needs.
Build business relationships with targeted dental practitioners and achieve designated call expectations, focusing on dentists and hygienists.
Deliver scientific product presentations outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
Engage customers in meaningful dialogue to identify patient needs and determine how products can address those needs.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of hygiene or 1–2 years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience (preferred).
Proven track record of success with outside sales (preferred).
Sales aptitude required.
Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
Must live within or near the assigned territory.
