Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly Cut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors with precision Inspect completed harnesses for quality, accuracy, and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues Qualifications
Proven experience in wire harness assembly or related electrical manufacturing roles Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and wire cutting equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
