This is a contract on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The individual will be responsible for providing mental health counseling services, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, offering relationship counseling, and managing cases. The counselor will work with individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health issues and improve their well-being. The role requires a minimum of 20 client hours per week and may grow into a full‑time position. Compensation

Base pay range: $60.00/hr – $72.00/hr. Responsibilities

Relevant licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience in relationship counseling and conducting psychological assessments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to work with children and teens preferred Commitment to continuous professional development Experience with diverse populations is a plus Job Details
