Base Pay Range $90,742.00/yr - $131,722.00/yr
Job Summary To evaluate and treat pelvic floor patients with diseases, injuries, disorders, and disabilities, to relieve pain, develop or restore function and maintain maximum performance using physical modalities and exercise prescribed by a physician. The Burbank Therapy team has a full‑time opening for a qualifying Physical Therapist.

Required Qualifications
If licensed prior to 2016: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or basic MS
If licensed on or after 2016: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program and Clinical Internship
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
This position requires Primary Source Verification
Advanced specialty practice in the evaluation and treatment of all pelvic floor diagnoses for men and women
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in patient treatment
A passion for rehab care—taking patients the next steps to returning to independent functioning in home/work/community activities
A collaborative work style and positive attitude to add to our high performing multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Work Schedule Days, 40 hours per week, not to exceed 10 hours in a single day. Specific hours negotiable.
Modes of Work Position may be hybrid or mobile/remote, subject to hiring department discretion. Work agreements reviewed annually and may change.
Union Affiliation This position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement between the U‑M and the United Michigan Medicine Allied Professionals (UMMAP).
Background Screening Background screening and pre‑employment drug testing are required.
