Job Description
The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida is actively recruiting to fill a position for a Nuclear Medicine physician at the rank of Clinical Assistant/Associate or Full Professor. This is a full‑time or part‑time, non‑tenure track position with primary assignments at Shands at UF.
Responsibilities
Patient care
Teaching of house staff and medical students
Leading interdisciplinary conferences in the division of nuclear medicine
Research and innovative education opportunities (if desired)
Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Nuclear Medicine or special competency in Nuclear Radiology
ABR preferred
Eligibility for licensure in the State of Florida
Experience with high volume Nuclear Medicine imaging
No cardiac Nuclear medicine; low volume of therapies, predominantly Graves therapies
Preferred Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Nuclear Medicine or special competency in Nuclear Radiology
ABR preferred
Eligibility for licensure in Florida
Experience with high volume Nuclear Medicine imaging Expected Salary
Negotiable
