MedVet's Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) is an accelerated training program designed for new or recent graduates who want to develop into exceptional Emergency Clinicians. The program provides the knowledge and skills to practice high-quality emergency care in an organization owned and led by veterinarians. Overview
ECMP offers mentored training, accelerated ER rotations relevant to emergency care, and a pathway to long-term career development within MedVet. Compensation starts with a salary and full benefits from the start, with salary plus production in the second year. The program also includes a sign-on bonus and other supports. Key benefits

Busy 24/7 emergency services with active specialty services in Internal Medicine and Surgery Hospital is staffed 24 hours a day with a dedicated nursing team In-house IDEXX lab capability and portable ultrasound unit for ER/triage use ezyVet software enables efficient review of records and prompt communication with referral partners and clients Plans to offer CT services and hospital renovations in the coming year Why Manassas, VA?

DVM degree from an AVMA-recognized institution Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of your program Employment interview with background check Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty members with knowledge of your clinical abilities and communication skills (new grads) For more information
