QC Chemist

QC Chemist (Newtown, PA) – Develop and optimize quality control methods for drug substances, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC/UPLC, UV-Visible, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy; Perform impurity analysis using ANDA, CAPA, Empower 3, LIMS, UV-Visible, TLC; Analyze regular and stability samples for research and development batches to ensure quality; Conduct method verification and validation optimization for quality control of pharmaceutical product development process; Develop and troubleshoot testing method, testing of residual solvents in finished products, Quality Control, Preformulation, and stability testing using SVP’s, LVP’s and Hemodialysis; Perform method validation, including assay, related substances, and residual solvents, for drug substances and finished products; Prepare and implement standard testing procedures. Must have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience in job offered) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science plus 2 years experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge of SVP’s, LVP’s and Hemodialysis, HPLC, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Empower 3, LIMS, UV-Visible. Job location: Newtown, PA.
