What You’ll Do
Provide culturally competent outpatient therapy to individuals and families
Maintain timely clinical documentation (within 72 hours)
Participate in case consultations and team collaboration
Uphold HIPAA standards and ethical care practices

What You Bring
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health‑related field
Active Alaska licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
3+ years of therapy experience (trauma‑focused preferred)
Brainspotting Phase 1 completed; Phase 2/certification preferred or willing to complete within 1 month of hire
Experience with EMDR, Sensorimotor, or other bottom‑up modalities a plus
Must be able to relocate to Anchorage prior to start.
