Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in relevant cases. Proven trial experience with knowledge of Florida Evidence Code and Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Education & Certifications
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required. Skills
Expertise in trial preparation and courtroom control. Ability to think strategically and anticipate opponents' moves. Strong client communication and advocacy skills.
