Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work , Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience working with children and families
Active licensure required: LPC, LSW, MFT, PCC, LMFT, or LISW
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Strong documentation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Summary Best Point is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide mental health services to adult caregivers and their families. This role involves delivering therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including the office, telehealth, clients' homes, and community environments. The position requires a deep understanding of family dynamics, cultural preferences, and the community environment, ensuring individualized care for each client. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and their support systems to address mental health needs and facilitate positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service: Provide individual, group, and family therapy (including CPST) in various settings (office, home, community). Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and evaluate treatment plans, and offer crisis management when needed. Ensure cultural awareness in all treatment plans.
Documentation: Complete required documentation (e.g., progress notes, service plans, discharge summaries) and meet monthly/quarterly productivity requirements.
Collaboration: Consult and collaborate with internal and external resources, maintain knowledge of community resources, and participate in meetings and committees.
Quality Assurance: Deliver evidence-based interventions, attend required training for licensure, and expand professional skills.
Fiscal Responsibility: Meet department productivity goals and expectations.
Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
12-month positions starting at $50,000/year
10-month positions starting at $40,000/year
