Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip) Interventional Radiology: Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/upper extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy. Neurointervention CRM Device implants Preferred: CTO Peripherals Venous Access Rhythm Interpretation Philips X-Ray System Variety of Atherectomy Devices Variety of Thrombectomy Devices Temporary LVAD support McKesson for Cath Lab MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP Required Credentials: Government-Issued Photo ID Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks; Clinician’s choice On-Call: Yes - 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night; Weekend REQ: No weekends required unless clinician wants to pick up Cath Lab call shift Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission) 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months Experience with Epic is preferred Role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted Six months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services Proof of identification required References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in the specialty within the past 3 years Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past All lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract RTO must be listed at time of submission Certifications
