Physical Therapist PRN, PEDS, As Needed

Responsibilities The role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years). The Physical Therapist will maintain documentation on patient treatments, evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. This role addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; and applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

This position requires one weekend a month.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor Degree Physical Therapy Physical Therapist (KY) Desired: One year physical therapy in a clinical setting
