Overview We are hiring an Inpatient Physical Therapist at Frazier Rehabilitation Institute.

Responsibilities Job Summary The physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. This includes performing patient evaluations, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans, delivering treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
