The Clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services for children and adults diagnosed with mental health and co‑occurring disorders. Essential Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive assessments including walk‑ins and hospital referrals Facilitate individual therapy Facilitate group therapy Complete documentation in electronic health record in a timely fashion Monitor caseload and associated requirements in accordance with OMH Part 599 regulations Complete progress reports for mandating sources Coordinate care with other providers Attend required trainings Attend supervision and team meeting weekly Uphold standards for mandated reporting / incident reporting based on program policies and scope of practice Maintain required licenses for service delivery Uphold confidentiality of protected health information pursuant to HIPAA laws, 42 CFR and all applicable state and federal laws Job Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working with adults diagnosed with mental health disorders and / or children diagnosed with emotional disturbances, knowledge of OMH Part 599 regulations, experience with Microsoft Office and use of electronic health records. Minimum Requirements
LMSW/LP‑LMSW, LMHC/LP‑LMHC, LMHC‑D or LCSW required. Benefits and Perks
