Professional Physical Therapy
Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider in the Northeast, seeks a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
Compensation Base pay: $35,360.00/yr - $43,680.00/yr. Hourly: $17-$21 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and answer phones.
Schedule patient appointments.
Complete new patient registration and data entry.
Discuss insurance benefits, authorization requirements, and payment responsibilities.
Collect patient balances (copay, deductible, coinsurance).
Perform standard day-to-day clinical administrative tasks.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably healthcare.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
