Competitive salary: $77,000 – $100,000 annually (based on skills and experience)

What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in outpatient orthopaedic therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports medicine care. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions to help them restore function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities Include
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
Developing, implementing, and modifying individualized plans of care
Providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other evidence‑based treatments
Educating patients and families on diagnosis, rehab process, and home exercise programs
Collaborating with physicians, PTAs, athletic trainers, and the broader care team
Documenting all evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
Monitoring and ensuring patient safety during all treatments
Supervising and delegating responsibilities to PTAs and therapy support staff
Acting as a clinical instructor for PT students as requested
Participating in community education, research, and continuous learning opportunities
Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines and FOI policies

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Active Florida PT license
Current CPR certification
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, innovative, and passionate about improving patient outcomes
Preferred Experience (a Plus, Not Required)
Outpatient orthopaedics or sports medicine therapy experience
Familiarity with WebPT or other EMR systems
Experience as a clinical instructor or mentor
