Respiratory Therapist (Reg)
and contribute to high‑quality pulmonary care across our non‑profit facilities. You will perform ventilator management, nebulizer treatment, chest PT, arterial blood gas drawing, oxygen therapies, external ventilation support, and pulmonary function assessments. Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate appropriateness and effectiveness of therapy based on patient age, cognitive and physical abilities, or developmental needs. Make recommendations for specific mode changes and prioritize patient therapy goals. Educate patients and arrange home respiratory care services, using language and materials appropriate to age and cognitive abilities. Assume responsibility for professional growth through departmental meetings, in‑service programs, and continuing education. Maintain departmental policies, procedures and objectives concerning quality assurance, safety, environmental conditions, and infection control. Qualifications
Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program. Certified CRT by NBRC; obtain RRT within 1 year upon hire. Active license in Nebraska and/or Iowa as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. BLS or BLS instructor certification through AHA required. ACLS certification within 3 months of hire; PALS within 6 months; NRP within 9 months. Pay Range
$33.84 - $50.34 /hour Location
