Senior Geospatial Analyst – Fort Gordon, Georgia (APOGEE) Celestar Corporation seeks a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support INSCOM under the Army Persistent Overhead GEOINT Exploitation Enterprise Support Services (APOGEE). Primary performance location is Fort Gordon, Georgia. All required qualifications and active clearance must be met to apply. Responsibilities

Analyze the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain expertise in tradecraft, including SAR, EO, MTI, LiDAR, OPIR, GI&S, WAPS, geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis. Maintain proficiency with tools and databases required to access supporting intelligence information for GEOINT support to the customer. Use geographic information systems, methods, and tools to answer critical intelligence questions. Perform specialized scientific and technical data processing using non-standard and developmental software suites; stage for exploitation; provide requisite training as required by the Government. Adhere to GEOINT technical publications, policies, and directives at National, Theater, and local levels; follow NSG Publication 1.0 GEOINT Basic Doctrine as the foundation for analysis, production, and reporting. Capture analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed; ensure GEOINT reporting adheres to applicable policies on content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness; maintain familiarity with classification guides, security policy, and ICDs. Stay informed on geo-political events and current events related to supported Combatant Commands to provide informed and timely intelligence requirements. Education/Experience

Required qualifications/skills: MA or MS in Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience; OR BA/BS in Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience; OR HS diploma/GED with DoD/Geospatial Information Services career field training and at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience. Qualifications

Relevant experience in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems. Expert knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, and similar tools. Experience with spatial relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL/PostGIS). Extensive experience with geo-spatial assessments, data integration, governance, metadata, and metrics interpretation. Ability to present geospatial information via multimedia and written reports. Experience coordinating with industry counterparts on technical projects, software/service assessments, and related topics. Familiarity with DoD/NSG SOM and object-based production. Current/active TS/SCI clearance. Desired Qualifications/Skills

Experience with Python, R, SAS, Java or other spatial coding languages for custom solutions. Experience with IC and DoD geospatial data and repositories. Experience in common project management frameworks. Knowledge in cartography, GIS, and spatial modeling; familiarity with Army/DoD/IC geospatial processes and policies. GIS certifications (e.g., GISP, Esri Professional) or DoD/GPC equivalents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and graphic design principles. Company Information
