3-5 years of experience working with heavy equipment. Experience working on aerial equipment. Skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles. Ability to work independently with minimal or no guidance. Ability to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics. Valid driver’s license. Good physical condition (ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours). Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency when interacting with customers. What’s In It For You
