Hopkins | Lacy, the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Division of Branch, is searching for a dependable, conscientious Foreman to join our well-established, growing company. The Foreman will supervise or assist project leadership in craft activities to ensure productivity and construction compliance. Additional Information

This jobsite is a federal project and requires passing a federal background check. Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure crew maintains professional relations with Owner, Engineer, and team members Build according to plans and specifications as directed by supervisor Develop and communicate effective work plans with the Superintendent Manage storage and maintenance of materials and equipment Ensure proper operation of equipment under control Review Miss Utility policy and ensure compliance Follow all safety guidelines and educate workers on safety practices Preplan and schedule daily craft activities Recognize inspection and material/equipment requirements Report requests for extra work immediately Assist in preparing daily reports and material receipts Additional Duties
Ensure quality control and contract compliance; report inaccuracies Supervise journeymen and laborers for productivity and quality Manage safety and accident prevention Participate in safety meetings and programs Maintain a clean and safe work area; conduct hazard analysis Assist in incident investigations Train and develop workers, recognizing talent Qualifications
Team player, goal-oriented, good communication, critical thinking, dependable Journeyman’s license (if applicable), high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of standards, codes, OSHA regulations 3-5 years construction experience, valid driver’s license, Branch-approved driver status Core Competencies
Ownership & Accountability, Strong Relationships, Excellence, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, Resource Management, Safety, Results-driven Travel
Frequent travel to and from job sites required. Physical Demands
Must handle tools, operate equipment, and lift up to 75 lbs., move up to 200 lbs., with vision and mobility requirements specified. Position Details
