Competitive Pay: $25 - $40 per hour, based on experience Shift Differential: Earn an additional $2/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts Incentives: Extra pay for ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension, PMs) Flexible Schedule: 3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts Generous Benefits: PTO accrual starting day one Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) Employer contributions to Health Savings Account (bi-weekly) Employer-paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match after 1 year Responsibilities
Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must own a toolbox and possess required tools Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude What You’ll Do
As a Diesel Technician, Trailer Technician, or Reefer Technician, operate and service fleets to keep them in top condition Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, trailers, refrigeration units, and APUs Diagnose and repair electrical systems and ABS-related issues Perform brake, suspension, tire, and other component replacements Support road service calls and on-site repairs as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and service company vehicles Operate forklifts and hoists safely Equal Opportunity Employer
