We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with expertise in residential and commercial building design and construction. Your responsibilities will include investigating and analyzing property damages, structural failures, water intrusions, and related issues to determine causes and extent of damage. Key Responsibilities
Investigate residential, commercial, and industrial properties to resolve claims and legal matters. Conduct assessments related to contract disputes, installation deficiencies, site evaluations, and structural assessments. Gather photographic evidence, document on-site conditions, oversee field testing, and review historical documentation. Prepare reports and provide expert opinions and testimony in litigation cases. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience. PE License in Kentucky (NCEES record preferred). Experience with litigation and investigations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform inspections in confined spaces and on roofs. Benefits & Opportunities
