Job Title:

Superintendent – Commercial Construction Compensation:

$120,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience. Full benefits, vehicle allowance, and PTO included. Overview

We are seeking a sharp and tech-savvy

Superintendent

with proven experience managing

commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects . This role requires strong scheduling capabilities using

Microsoft Project

and the ability to oversee field operations from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec Build and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams, clients, and city officials Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to OSHA and company protocols Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and schedule adjustments Maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders in coordination with office staff Represent the company with professionalism and leadership on all job sites Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects Strong command of

Microsoft Project

and other construction management software Proven ability to build and manage schedules independently Strong understanding of commercial building codes and means/methods Excellent communication and team leadership skills OSHA 30 certification Ability to travel within the Southern Oregon region Types of Projects
