We are seeking a skilled & experienced Window Installation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential window replacement and construction, particularly with wood‑clad windows. As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of window renovation and restoration projects, from initial measurements to project completion. Your expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential window replacement and construction, with a focus on wood‑clad windows.
Strong understanding of window materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience in project management, including estimation, planning, execution, and project closure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Problem‑solving skills to address unexpected challenges and changes in project scope.
Responsibilities:
Accurate measurement of windows to ensure precise ordering and installation.
Skillful estimation of project costs, materials, and labor requirements.
Conducting order verification meetings and project planning sessions with clients.
Efficiently managing the ordering process, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Coordinating and scheduling installations, considering both client preferences and team availability.
Hands‑on management of installations, overseeing quality and adherence to specifications.
Thoroughly closing out projects, ensuring client satisfaction and finalizing documentation.
Cultivating and managing relationships with vendors.
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience:
