About The Role Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. This is an on‑site position offering 35‑40 hours per week. As the SLP, you’ll play a key role in supporting students' communication and language development, collaborating with educators, and helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings
Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Valid SLP license or eligibility
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered
Prior school‑based experience is a plus
Commitment to working on‑site only
