Physical Therapist

Lame Deer, Montana . This 1099 contract position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

$60/hour - $2400/weekly

Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and strength.
Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function.
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and preventive strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
Active Montana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain).
BLS Certification required.
Prior experience in a service unit or clinical setting preferred.
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
