Ashes & Diamonds Winery prides itself on delivering an elevated level of hospitality—one that combines warmth, expertise, and a genuine passion for wine. We’re seeking a high-energy Part-Time Wine Educator to welcome guests and share our story. If you enjoy connecting with people, want to deepen your wine knowledge, and love creating memorable experiences, this is your chance! Your spotlight days will be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, when the winery is buzzing with excitement. Key Responsibilities
Host & Educate: Offer a warm welcome, lead tastings, and share captivating stories about our wines, winemaking process, and philosophy. Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Go the extra mile to make each guest feel special and leave with a lasting impression of Ashes & Diamonds. Promote Club Memberships & Sales: Confidently recommend wines, encourage club memberships, and contribute to hitting sales targets. Manage Transactions: Operate the register, handle payments, apply discounts, and keep accurate sales records. Stay Curious: Continually expand your wine knowledge through training and industry updates—bring your thirst for learning! Support Events & Operations: Help set up and host winery events, polish glassware, and maintain a clean, inviting environment. Be Our Ambassador: Represent Ashes & Diamonds both on-site and at occasional off-site events. Qualifications
Able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (plus occasional evenings). 2+ years of experience in a winery or restaurant setting. Passion for first‑rate hospitality and a genuine desire to create unforgettable guest experiences. Intermediate to advanced wine knowledge (and a strong motivation to learn even more). Self‑motivated, attentive to detail, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements
Lift and move up to 50 lbs. Stand on hard surfaces for extended periods. Bend, stoop, climb stairs, and reach overhead as needed. Our Core Values
