(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents, work with a collaborative team, and help ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Base pay range $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Responsibilities

Collect information from patients to be admitted (medical records, insurance details)

Record health details of patients, including vitals and temperature

Help patients prepare for medical examinations and take test samples

Administer medications and injections to patients as needed

Treat and dress wounds as needed

May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants

Help patients get dressed and take care of personal hygiene

Monitor patients’ food and liquid intake and output

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care
