Overview
Join Siemens Healthineers as the MR Clinical Education Specialist—a role that ensures expert, onsite and virtual training of Siemens MR imaging systems and components for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onsite and virtual education on Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
Design and develop education modules for both internal and external partners.
Evaluate customer education needs and create training plans with materials, tutorials, and learning resources focused on onsite and virtual modules.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and resources to improve customer and employee training performance.
Support Coach accounts as needed and coordinate with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist on material development.
Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to gather information for future training programs.
Create and manage virtual training content for training websites and e‑learning tools while following branding and formatting guidelines.
Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to align training sessions with business needs.
Success Measurements
Detailed knowledge of Siemens imaging systems and applications.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and instructional software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet timelines.
Multitasking, prioritizing, and efficient time management.
Analytical problem‑solving and strategic planning.
Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow.
Education / Knowledge / Experience
BS/BA in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred or graduate of a certified Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT Registered in MR clinical modality required.
5+ years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating key responsibilities and knowledge.
MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience – highly preferred.
Teaching experience – preferred.
Required travel: 90‑95%.
Candidate may reside in the Northeast, Southeast, or Central zones preferred. West and Midwest zones will also be considered.
Compensation Min $89,220 – Max $133,820
