Overview
Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm and will be based at our Fairview Heights, IL housing site. Responsibilities
Provide consumer‑driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence‑based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma‑informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, and 5 years of peer or social service experience; OR CRSS or CPRS certification; OR Bachelor’s degree and CADC certification; OR Master’s degree. Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records. We deliver trauma‑informed, fully integrated care by combining behavioral health with community‑based primary health care. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $21.00 – $24.31 an hour. Benefits
