We are looking for full‑time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.

Benefits
W2, Full‑time
Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus
Monday – Friday schedule; no weekends. Shift options include 9 am‑6 pm, 10 am‑7 pm, 11 am‑8 pm Eastern
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability insurance, and an annual stipend for growth & education opportunities
Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)
Partner with commercial health plans, Medicaid and Medicare, and see patients across the lifespan
Requirements
Master’s level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work‑from‑home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Meets background and regulatory requirements
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using technology—including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
Compensation Range: $68,000 – $74,000 per year.
