We are seeking a full-time Wraparound Facilitator in Goldsboro, NC to join a caring, community-focused team and help empower youth and families to overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
$1,500 sign-on & retention bonus*
What You’ll Do As a QP Facilitator on the High-Fidelity Wraparound team, you will build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth who strive to stay at home, in school, and out of trouble. You will coordinate team activities, provide direct support and education to families and team members, and guide the family in achieving objectives outlined in the Family Plan. You will ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database and embody the Wraparound philosophy of Whatever it takes to meet the needs of youth and families.
Benefits
Competitive hourly salary between $43,680 - $52,000 based on experience
Flexible schedule, primarily business hours with occasional 3–7pm shifts

What We’re Looking For To join our team, you must be able to provide care in the community and homes of families, participate in crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills, and link clients to community resources. Required qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional requirements, including education and experience with the population served
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for work travel
