N2W TSCM Support TSCM Practitioner(Level III) , located in

St. Louis, MO . This role may require a TS/SCI Security Clearance. Overview Overall Assignment Description: Conduct TSCM, Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, Technical Evaluation activities and other technical operations supporting the NGA TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and Office of Counterintelligence Technical CI Division. Maintain familiarization with governing national and agency level policies, ensuring compliance with reporting and training requirements as well as regulatory guidelines. Duties May Include Familiarity with current TSCM and CI policy Conduct TSCM operations consistent with National and DoD policies governing TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures Ensure NGA compliance with ICD 705, Physical Security Standards for SCIFs, and DoD standards for collateral areas Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions Analyze complex physical and technical security issues and provide cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements Provide recommendations and guidance for NGA facilities under construction Prepare specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, after action reports, tailored briefings, and other administrative communications necessary to support the CI mission Provide technical advice and assistance as it relates to CI and TSCM Additional deliverables include finished correspondence, documents, briefing materials, spreadsheets and threat reports in accordance with NGA guidelines. Assist Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) with technical security plans, policy and execution; assess electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities All external engagements, including conferences, equipment demonstrations, external learning events, and national or DoD level meetings, require an after-action report within 72 hours of completion An after-action report and briefing are required within five work days after completion of any national or DoD level exercise participation. Perform RF signal of interest searches Assess and locate signals of interest discovered during surveys, system notifications and IPMS operations Assist implementation of TSSC Technician OJT program through training and hands-on experience Skills and Experience: Required Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification Complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training per fiscal year (classroom, online, or other approved methods). NGA sponsorship for Government-offered, discipline-specific development or refresher training IAW National and DoD standards. Meet minimum training requirements within one calendar year for DoD network access (DoD 8140.01) by attaining and maintaining at least DoD 8570.01-M IAT2 baseline compliance, at contractor expense. Desired Experience writing and editing technical documents Telephone security experience (e.g., Telephone Security Group requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Credentialed graduate of a federally accredited DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy) What’s in it for you?
